I am very pleased with this product. My bathroom visits have become more regular, and my sleep has improved greatly. I must have been deficient in magnesium, because after several weeks of supplementation, I started to notice a big difference. Now I can fall asleep and stay asleep through the night, which has been huge for me. The clincher is that when I forgot to take these for maybe a week or so, I started to slip back into my old sleeping patterns and I experienced some constipation. So, that was a huge mistake! I am definitely a satisfied customer and I will continue to purchase from this brand as long as they sell this product.

Magnesium Citrate capsules were recommended to me by my doctor. He specifically said it has to be magnesium citrate. So, following doctor's orders, I bought these capsules.There are 125 capsules and they recommend one per day. My doctor said to get at least 300mg and not more than 500mg. This magnesium is 400mg of the magnesium citrate.What we notice when we take them is a better night's sleep and less pain and more energy during the day. We take it 2-3 hours before bedtime, with a few crackers. By bedtime we are relaxed and sleep well. We've been sleeping great with this stuff. I know it is also doing good stuff for my body as there are 300+ co-factor enzymes that rely on there being enough magnesium in the body. So you really need this stuff and if you don't eat almonds every day, this is a great way to get what you need for your body to work as it should.This brand is the Vegetarian formula with a vegetable gel capsule. There are no animal products in this this magnesium. The capsules are not extremely large. They are 20mm by 7mm. But they are not overly large like some supplements can be. I mean, how am I supposed to take a horse pill? These I can swallow just fine.I'm happy with this brand of magnesium supplement. I've been taking it for a couple of days in place of my current magnesium supplement and I like it better. It feels like it works better. These have more magnesium, the ones I was taking were only 300 mg. Perhaps a little more was just what my body needed. I get migraine headaches and have since I was in high school or college. I cannot remember. I have tried everything under the sun. I still take prescription medication when I get the migraines, but my doctor suggested that I take magnesium for my migraines every night. The magnesium is supposed to help alleviate the problem before it even begins. I found this magnesium brand and though I would give it a try. The one thing that I like about it is that it is not dusty because it is in capsule form, which is a first for me. The last one left a dust or chalk print everywhere and I hated the way it felt. The size of the pill was much bigger, which I am not a fan of, but it is what it is. There is no taste that I noticed. There were no odd side effects, but I have been taking magnesium for some time. I would not recommend just jumping into it. It can cause you to have loose stool. So far the magnesium supplement seems like it is a good fit and I am glad that I found it. I hope that it will help more with the migraines. Sometimes you just need to switch things up a bit.
