Two LED lightbulbs plus reflective panel make the solar light four times brighter. Two AA batteries are also included to ensure longer lighting power. These post caps are made to slip over the top of a 4x4 fence or deck post for a decorative finishing touch or to hide irregular post ends. These post caps can be attached by either applying exterior caulk to the under-side of the post cap, or by nailing the post cap to the post with finish nails. As with any exterior product, it is recommended to apply a good quality finish to preserve the wood's natural beauty and protect the post cap.
