Great solid bar. I was looking for a straight bar with the right length and good grips to use for hanging on from my ceiling mount. This is perfect! I love the 3 position rubber grips-very easy to hold on to! It is a very solid bar that can be used for lat pull downs or what I am using it for- just hanging. I am really glad I got this and would highly recommend.

This bar is so sturdy. It provides excellent Triceps, Biceps, Latissimus Dorsi, And Trapezius Workout. That just blow you up. I’m so impressed with the product and highly recommend.

Quality made and works as should

I have used this product three times now with 90 to 115lbs attached. The grips are comfortable, the bar is sturdy, and the bar is easy to clip on and off my cable. I highly recommend this product. It does exactly what it needs to for a good price.

The weld for the piece that the hook goes into is crappy. Doesn't go all the way around and I'm afraid it'll break if I go heavy with it.
