I didn’t hang the balloons and I didn’t use helium as you can see. The banner was pretty and it looked cute

The best happy birthday banner I have ever had
This is the first happy birthday banner I have bought and it was good, the banner I will be able to use again and the balloons were ok but the ones with foil inside burst in the sunshine/hot weather so ok for indoors only I would say.

The most important thing
The most important thing here is that it spells happy birthday….what could go wrong. Well it came minus the 2nd P and all the colours were the same apart from the Y which was coloured White.Hapy Birthday!!
