I've been ordering this Paprika for years, it's the best sweet Hungarian for the price.

Normally this would have been a 5 star product- Great authentic smell and taste contained in a standard but nicely decorated container. I have no qualms about the flavor and authenticity of the product itself, that is 5 stars all the way. As id the container, artfully designed regional pattern - 5 stars, and actually the main reason I purchased this particular product. Simply put, I liked the tin! after all, just as we eat with our eyes first, so do we cook, and season, with our eyes. bit of colorful design to make me smile whilst making great flavorful food.It arrived damaged.To be honest, if it hadn't been sealed within a plastic bag, the spice would have been ruined. The secure packaging consisted of the outer Amazon bag, holding the inner bag which held the metal container..Something was dropped - hard - on top of the tin during loading or shipping. It dented the thin metal, but highly decorated, container, popping a corner of the plastic spice lid off. powder escaped, enjoying a ride within the safety of the interior plastic bag, which is well that it was contained. As potent as this spice is, it very well may have triggered a security event.Once I received it, and verified the contents were untouched and unspoiled, I placed the spice in a clear jar while attempting to fix the tin.Alas, I could not, even as I straightened the dent, the plastic lid will not remain affixed.To which I question, gentle reader... Is it nobler to keep the contents, unspoiled, or to release the dogs of returns, for surely, verily, has not the product arrived damaged?In the end I did not return the product. The contents are glorious and I have come to terms with my vanity, mostly, by saving the tin as a reminder of what could be...fin

I liked the freshness and aroma of this chipotle brand. Perfect for a number of recipes and also easy to spot the bright container in the spice rack.
