Really impressed with the effectiveness of these to help relieve my IBS symptoms. Taking them before Christmas dinner reduced my bloating and helped with regular bowel movements, will definitely be buying again in the future as not had an IBS flair up since I started taking them

Unfortunately didn't realise they have onion and garlic in them which is my biggest trigger for ibs. In so much pain the day after taking these. Avoid if you have ibs and your trigger is onion or garlic

I've had IBS for over 20 years now and and it has been difficult to manage. A friend recommended Ultimate Seven and after 8 days of taking it helped so much that it also gave me an energy boost as well, this has been the best product for my IBS and feel so good after taking it.
