Decent little machine ! Happy with my purchase .
Great little machine if you don’t want a treadmill or to go out running.I aim for 800 steps a day which is 20 mins and I do get a little sweat and heat rate increase . To create more resistance I kind of squat to feel the burn. I don’t really use the bandsPros : small , compact , light weightCons: it’s not silent , slight noise but this doesn’t bother me . You might want to use an exercise mat underneath it not because it marks the floor but to make less noise if you use in your bedroom for example or live in a flat .

Handy if you're time poor
I bought this stepper as I wanted to increase my movement as I'm on maternity leave with a 9 month old. I chose this over the walking treadmill as it was cheaper and smaller so would take up less space in the front room where I currently have it.I use this once the kids have gone to bed.It is a bit noisy when you step, the sound of the steps hitting the bar as they go down can be a bit repetitive. It won't wake anyone in the house but it's not silent. But if you're watching a film after the kids have gone to bed you might find the noise a bit annoying but you're probably not gonna use it for the duration of the film. It's easy to set up and use. Just start stepping and moving your legs and the automatic counter will start by itself. It's decently priced for something which gets you moving and you don't need to pay for a monthly gym membership. The version I got doesn't have the arm exercising bands (I thought I did order that but it turns out i didn't in the end) but you could use a couple of tins or buy some dumbbells or use your body weight I guess. The tension is adjustable with a knob that you turn. I've not tried it on different levels yet.You can really feel your muscles in your legs working. I've started using it for 10 mins at a time to settle into it as I've not exercised for a while. I was fine the next day so I could probably go for a little longer.I can't comment yet on it over heating or anything like that as I've not used it for a long enough period. When I do I'll update my review.

Great cardio equipment with Minor Stability Issue
This stepper is an excellent piece of equipment for toning your legs and getting a great workout. I’ve only used it a few times so far, but I can already feel the muscles in my legs engaging and working effectively, especially in the calves, thighs, and glutes. It’s a really efficient way to get a good cardio session while focusing on strengthening and toning lower body muscles. The only downside I’ve found is that it doesn’t have handles to help you stay steady and maintain balance, which could be an issue for some users, especially during more intense workouts. Despite that, I’ve already recommended it to several friends, and they’ve purchased it as well. It’s an affordable, compact, and useful tool for anyone looking to tone their legs at home.

Hard than I thought to use
I am unfit and It’s harder than I expected on the lowest setting but it’s solidly built and makes almost no noise when used. But as other reviewers have said, the monitor has stopped working properly. It all lights up but no longer registers the steps or anything else. I undid the machine and checked all the connections which were all fine. So it’s clearly a manufacturing fault with the monitor. Other than that it works well

Excellent mini stepper
Excellent little stepper to use at home on wet, cold days. The step height is adjustable, there are handy straps to exercise your arms or for balance if required. Makes a slight noise on using but doesn’t bother me. There’s a display which monitors the steps, time used, calories, etc. Instructions provided.

Like climbing a mountain!
This is a great machine for getting a sweat on.Yiu can set the step height, so if you're tall or short, want it easy and quick or more difficult and slower, you can easily configure the height needed.I'm 6ft and I've it set to quite a high step height. It's smooth, quiet and stable. The rubber stoppers on the feet are maybe a little plasticky, so it might be better to use it on carpet, or a mat, rather than on laminate or hardwood. I've used it on wood flooring and it feels like repeated use might either mark the floor or the stopper itself will crack. However, there's no sign of that happening yet so it might not be the case. Time will tell.It will really work the legs, be warned! There's good resistance in the stepper, meaning you have to power through the steps. The hand grips are comfortable and fit bigger hands comfortably. If you have giant hands, then maybe not so comfortable. The tension in the arm exercisers is a fraction of that in the stepper, so they're fairly easy. But they help keep the rhythm and balance, so maybe they have a wider use beyond just exercise. This is a very good mini stepper!
