Q: How much resin do I add for holder & each coaster?

For the round, I used fine glitter and chunky glitter in addition to the epoxy: Round holder: 70mL epoxy plus fine and chunky glitter. I would recommend 75-80mL with out glitter. Round coast: 30mL epoxy plus fine and chunky glitter. I would recommend 35-40mL with out glitter. I haven’t made the square set yet but will update once I do.

Q: Do these work with cement?

I don`t know ,But it might work

Q: Is a release agent needed prior to using?

I have used these molds with a few different resins and I have never needed a release agent

Sorry to hear that. Your missing was much worse than mine. I was missing the 5 Wooden Stirring Sticks and 5 Transparent 3ml Droppers. Oh well for us. The question to me is "What will Amazon do to correct what looks like a faulty merchandise description/ poor packing".
