This product works best on hardwood, tile, and linoleum type flooring. I use mine on the bathroom and entrance doors. It did not perform well on carpet.

These are exactly the kind of draft guard I needed. There is a fairly large gap (1") below my doors in my new apartment and every time someone qalked past, my dog would bolt to the door to bark. She's not usually one to be bothered by people passing so I suspected that it was that the gap let in not only extra noise, but also light, from the hall. The first draft guards I got were too small and would just get caught up under tbe door every time it opened. These guards are large enough to fill the gap and move smoothly with the door. They were just the right size, too, so I didn't need to trim the foam inserts. They don't completely block hall noise, but it is significantly muffled now and doesn't botber me or the dog!

It fits perfectly for my front door and stops the door from slamming while opening and closing. I like how the door now opens smoothly. The noise is somewhat reduced but not 100%. Overall, it's a good price-value purchase.

I work from home and can hear everything on the other side of the door. This actually really reduced the noise, and draft! This is great because my office stays warm longer now when the heat is turned on.Only downside: The seams were sewn really wonky. The foam roller almost didn’t fit in on one side. Also the velcro doesn’t meet up when the rollers are inserted, so the flap gets caught under the door.Even with the downsides I would recommend. It really does reduce noise and the draft under my door.

When it’s brand new no issue and easy to install but after a few days it gets stuck and rolled up under the door when you try to open it letting all the heat out cuz your fighting with the thing stuck under the door find something else this one sucks

Bought to help muffle some of the noise that comes from my grandma with dementia as she screams all day. I work from home and with kids. Helps prevents my microphone from picking up curse words and her screaming “JOE, I NEED HELP WITH THE BATHROOM” (grandpa’s name)

Ease to install

completely useless. Gets wedged under the door when you open it. I have hardwood floors, so there's nothing to catch on and cause the drag. The product just doesn't function properly. I'm off to find another solution...
