SHE DID NOT LIKE IT. It's not a vitamix for sure. She said it left the shakes in chunks! I was surprised bc my other friend bought one and she likes it a lot better than the ninja. Oh well I returned it without a problem. I love shopping at amazon because they have great customer service. Thank you.

Spurts juice from the top, leaks occasionally from the bottom, harder to clean with multiple pieces. I have to babysit this to get a smoothie which defeats the quick nutritious "eating right" purpose. With the Nutribullet there was essentially "TWO" pieces to concern yourself with; a cup with a bottom. Turned bottom down there's no chance of spurting juice through the top and right side up you remove the top and drink: To clean just a fast and simple! This on the other hand has a cup, a blade that falls out, a metal bottom holder for the cup and blade and a two piece top (2 ways to shoot out liquid). Cleanup is time consuming so it usually gets thrown in the sink to be cleaned another day rather than ready to go like the bullet that is rinsed in seconds and returned a few times before getting a hot bath in the dishwasher. Two stars for a heavy, attractive, professional looking blender, negative three for the difficulties mentioned.
