Pleasantly surprised with this Szechuan sauce
Having to eat gluten free, it is hard to find products sometimes. After having a craving for Szechuan chicken, I came across this and with some skepticism, decided to order.I heated up some oil and then stir fried some chicken, mushrooms, and other veggies. When I opened the bottle, the vinegar smell was the first thing I noticed so I was hesitant to add too much at first.I was pleasantly surprised by the heat of the sauce, and the vinegar smell dissipated well before I ever got the food or of the wok and onto a bed of rice. Leftovers the next day were just as good and the heat was still noticeable. I would buy this again.

Spicy and flavorful
This sauce is excellent for stir fry dishes. It's very spicy, so caution should be used until you determine how much to use for your taste. Many Asian sauces are too sweet. This one is not at all sweet. I now order it online because my market stopped carrying it.
