I had tried a different brand of compression sleeves and the fit was terrible and the material too thin to do a good job. Nordic's sleeves fit well and are as described in their sizing chart. The material is a good fairly durable nylon like fabric that offers very good even compression, support and allows good range of movement. I wish they had other colors because I would get them for different activities. I plan on getting another set. The value for the price is good and you get two sleeves instead of just one like other brands. This is an update after wearing this daily since I bought this. Compression and fit are still very good. However the material tends to pill a lot and it's starting to look scraggly and worn. The material is itchy too. I have three different compression sleeves and this has the best overall fit and compression but it drives me nuts with the itchiness. This would be perfect if not for how it irritates my skin. So now I wear during exercise only. I can't wear all day like I can with the other sleeves.

It's for compression, so it will be tight as intended, so choose / measure for the right size carefully. I did need it to be on the snug side, so there you go. It's probably as comfortable as can be. Great value for the price. I only need it for one tennis elbow, so I can rotate the usage. I wouldn't recommend wearing it at night, but I have several times at first. I've gotten material imprints on my skin and crease marks and some redness. It's not so tight, but I don't want to restrict blood flow much when I am asleep. It's not like an extension of your body or another layer of skin so it will have limitations, but that's what compression is about. I could only reach so far in bending my elbow, so there is an effect on range of motion and comfort, but that's the give and take when you're addressing pain relief from inflammation. With tendonitis, I couldn't rest my dominant arm all the time, so the inflammation was slow to address (even during a pandemic) unless I wrapped my arm. Initially, I used over the counter wraps that we had, but I needed a dedicated and quicker solution and these were the answer I found and I am happy with the product as it does help with my tendonitis. The inflammation felt like 2 daggers initially after I first injured my arm and I didn't address it until many weeks later. Doh! You don't have to live with this issue, so address it and don't be like me. The medication helped greatly at first, but after the doctors prescription ran out, this was the winner to keep me going and to keep the inflammation under wraps... literally and figuratively.

Great elbow sleeve, does the job with great flexibility for arm movement

I’ve been using this product every day for a little over a week. I ordered the size based on the measurements provided in the listing. It fits well/snug at my elbow (the only measurement they use or provide) and provides the support my elbow needs to not hurt while I’m working out. However, it is much too tight at the top end where it hits the middle, biggest part, of my bicep. The thin band at the top end of the product is so tight it feels like it’s restricting some blood flow to the rest of my arm and I’m continually have to push it back up as it rolls down onto itself as I flex elbow and my arm normally in my workout. I also use a calf compression sleeve made by another company, due to a previous injury, and the bands at the ends of it are much wider and do not roll as I use my leg. I think this manufacturer should consider a wider finishing band at the ends to help keep it from rolling when the elbow bends. UPDATE: The seller contacted me and sent me a larger size to try. As I suspected, the larger size was more comfortable at the top on my bicep but was not enough compression at the elbow to be the desired support assistance to my elbow while working out. I appreciate the seller trying to right the situation but the product just does not work well for me.

This is the best compression elbow sleeve I’ve tried so far. The fit is snug but not too tight and it actually feels supportive without cutting off circulation. I’ve worn it for a couple of hours at a time and it stays in place without sliding down or bunching. The material is really comfortable and doesn’t irritate my skin at all which is a big deal for me since my skin can be sensitive. No itching or rubbing even with longer wear. Overall really solid quality and does exactly what it’s supposed to do. I would definitely buy it again.
