As someone that gets prescribed antibiotics on a regular basis, probiotics are a must for me and these are pretty good so far. I can tell when a probiotic isn't doing what it's supposed to because my stomach gets all bloaty and my bathroom visits aren't as... compact, shall we say. These seem to keep everything going good, and they have zinc, which is good for the immune system, and prebiotics, too. They're easy to swallow and tasteless. I usually take them with a meal because I've heard it's more effective that way. I can definitely see myself ordering these again. They're reasonably priced and easy on the stomach. 4 stars.

Didn’t do anything good or bad after 3 months
