I needed these to allow my subwoofers to get closer to the walls. These worked out great. One was a Little loose so I squeezed the outside/shielding connection Just a Little with a pair of pliers and all is good. I preferred these all metal construction to the plastic others I saw here on Amazon. Nicely built and as good as I'll ever need! Very fair price too!

I got these as we're shortening the cords/cables behind our entertainment center. These work great to cut down on cable spaghetti, by allowing you to orient cables in different directions to reduce cable space and give you back more of your room, as you can put your equipment cabinet closer to the wall.

So I want to write this review for those who may need help deciding between things. So to start, what do you get with this vs what do you get with the bigger brand. As it can be seen, these are 90 degree female to male rca Jacks for use in areas that are space limited. You get a set of 4 pairs (black and red) to be used in the back, top or maybe even front of audio equipment units etc. So let's get into the visuals. The pieces are... Nice enough. They're not anything fancy and they don't need to be. They will most likely never be seen in a normal situation. The gold color on them is nice and bit brighter and more yellow than the AQ piece. The machining on them is fine and everything looks uniform enough to feel like the purchase was worth it. It's definitely not super low quality. The actual action of fitting them into an rca port is nice and smooth, nothing crazy. They fit well and are snug but not too tight. Still need to give some pull to get them off which is good so you know they won't fall off on their own. In comparison to the AQ one, the AQ had a more refined machine finish on it, a bit more of a pale gold color and has a thicker metal wall for both plug ends. The plastic inserts on both to separate negative and positive are the same, one is just a bit wider. Nearly both are identical in size, the AQ is a bit bigger but again, who cares, you'll never see it. The 8 pack set comes with a plastic baggie and that's it, while the AQ comes with a fancy cardboard box with a pull out tray once opened to reveal the awe inspiring one piece rca set in a plastic tray. Now down to the value of it. 8 pieces (4 pairs) for 9.99 OR 1piece for 12.95 103 dollars to match the 9.99 pack. So what do you think? At the end of the day, the choice is yours but you are getting ideally the same thing, just without the fancy packaging (that you'll throw out anyway) and the name. Remember that depending on your needs, you might never see these things hardly ever, so I hope this review and the photos were helpful in having you make a choice you're happy with!

Well, I like the quality of these in general. They feel solid, and they work well. The only problem I had was that a few of them were defective, in that the hole was too small. I couldn't push a plug into it no matter how hard I tried, although when I will admit I didn't try using a hammer. Not sure if that would have solved the problem or destroyed it completely. I can highly recommend good ones, and it was worth it to me to order extras and then return the bad ones because what I ended up with was really good.

Very sturdy adapters, makes it easier to hook up speakers in tight quarters.

These work well in tight spaces. So far the have a tight connection and do not work themselves loose. They are easy to connect but hold strong. I have not noticed any change in the sound quality.

If your into audio....why would you not have these. They fixed a lot of clearance issues. Cleaner look also.
