Poorly stored
Cups are usually damaged. This is our 2nd order where it appears that the cups are left in hot temperature so they are melted or cracked.

Unhappy customer
Not happy at all about this purchase. The cups were damaged and appears used and you are also charge $10 for a return fee. I’m not a happy customer concerning this purchase.

Too thin, hard to hold
They are a nice sized cup BUT they are too thin. They flex and bow when you pick up a full cup.
