Not what I expected
I bought a medium for my shih-tzo mix (10lbs) and the collar length is fine. I cannot walk him with collar on though, way too thin & cheaply made! Not what I expected at all! I do not recommend this collar.

Very tiny. Fits more like a cat collar. I gave it away to my daughter for her tiny dog.
