Yes, as long as you have the bench seat and not the captains chairs

How easy is it to remove if you're having people friends in the back seat?

Very easy. Takes less than 5 minutes. It's only fastened behind the headrest of the seat and another little loop in the back slips into where your anchor would be for car seats. mine is just a slit and I slid this little handle in but never hooked it to anything and it stays in place perfectly. Took 5 minutes to install. Would take less to remove.
