A roomy cross-over bag and phone carrier.
I liked the item, but it was too large for my particular need; so I gave it to a friend who was looking for a cross over bag in the larger size, so all is well and the bag found a good home and is being well used.

Snap broke on the first use
Sadly the one of the snaps on the belt loop broke on the first time I took this on a trip. I just barely was outside of the ability to return it. The snap broke off, making it useless to attach to the belt loops. The product is well built otherwise. I will add photos later.

Well made, nice design though it could use a couple small pockets.
Well put together, nice design and very versatile. Would have been nice to have a small pockets inside. It does have a couple larger ones but that means you have to reach deep down in the bag to get small items, like loose change or stuff.

Without the strap this bag is not useful to me
The pouch itself is just what I was wanting. Sadly there was no strap included as the description stated. Without the strap this bag is not useful to me.

Good value for a quality product.
Quality is good. The pouch is large enough for my 6 Plus and tri-fold wallet. It has all the necessary accessories to either hang on your belt or cross body carrying. I like the arrangement of two hook rings for cross body belt that made me feel good with the pouch rest close to my body but will not bounce around when walking.
