Not stretchy. Overhyped to me. It got the job done, but I’ve used other brands that came out better. Maybe I got a bad batch.

Very easy to inflate, not sheer, very full 17 inch size. I have gone through mini bags of these, I use them with all my 11 inch balloons and 5 inch
