These are the second best co-enzyme b vits I have taken. And I have taken a lot. I have hypothyroidism and trouble sleeping. Most vitamins (esp. b) leave your body next pee after taking them. I've noticed these stay with me all day (ie no neon yellow toilet) and my sleep has improved greatly.
