Discover the Art of Reading People and Influence Human Behavior - TITLE Says it ALL!
Looking for more, I purchased this new book looking for clarity on techniques and strategies used by those who manipulate and how to recognize them. Holding the book in hand, I instantly began to notice grammatical errors which became increasingly distracting as the reader (me) delved further into the book. I began to suspect though, that there was deeper meaning in the errors and to my great surprise began to discover the truth as secret messages appeared hidden in the typos! Meticulously circling then transposing the words to another document, entire phrases- almost like reading a second book- began to emerge. I won't disclose them here, but encourage you to purchase the book and discover them yourself! You won't be disappointed.

Terminology
I have often wondered what gaslighting meant and now I know. Same is true for NLP. This book is a psychologist and author's bible for the mind of the patient and reader. It helps you write and analyze behaviors and reactions to what is occurring with that person. For a business it is the opportunity to guage how a business endeavor may turn out if you run afoul of trouble. Highly recommend you buy and form your own opinion to see if I'm right!💄

How dark psychology is used
A fascinating look into the the use of dark psychology, and manipulation. This book explains the history, and how dark psychology is used to get what the person wants out of a situation. Although this book is discussing dark psychology in a negative way, it can be used to help a person whos in a bad relationship, or help spot the signs of someone who could be manipulative.

Quick read
There were so many typos, I was too exhausted to keep track of them. Another reviewer says there is a hidden message in them, but unless there is an endnote by the author confirming this, then that isn't a useful lesson on manipulation for the reader. It's a basic overview of how someone can manipulate another person, but does not include case studies for reference. It could be an exercise in confusion to use the subconscious but as the book is supposed to be informative, its disappointing not to have it referenced at the end of the book, so it's a quick introduction to manipulation, but if there's manipulation in having so many typos then I'm on the fence for recommendation. Not a bad read, but not comprehensive either.

Excellent book
This book is an excellent guide to help anyone learn how to avoid and/or get out of a relationship that can become scary quickly. It deals with narcissists and being manipulated.

I feel dumber after reading this
This book is poorly written. Laden with typos, errors, uniform and sometimes incoherent trains of thought. I literally feel like many of brain cells died while reading this book. Professional authors use editors for a reason. If the was an editor of this book he/she needs to be fired immediately. I couldn’t figure out to whom the author was referring in a lot of the passages: the manipulator, the victim, the trainer, he/she, or any of the various identifiers used in the same paragraph to either identify a single person, or multiple people, or you, or he, or she, because they are all used and interchanged in the same paragraph to identify one person or another, but who it is referring to is unclear. The author also switches perspectives(1st person, 2nd person, 3rd person, etc) mid sentence, which makes things even more confusing.Unless you want to pay to be confused and receive no interesting or even useful information, then do yourself a favor and don’t buy this book unless you want it as a paper weight or to have as an emergency stash of toilet paper to wipe your butt with in the event that people go crazy again and hoard TP like what happened during the Great TP crisis of 2020 after COVID-19 started spreading in the US.Trust me it is horrible and will just make you annoyed that you actually wasted you money on it. At one point I had to stop reading, because it’s so poorly written and formatted, to make sure I wasn’t having a stroke or something. I wasn’t it’s just a crap book with zero useful information.

Basic Book
Definitely a beginner’s guide. If you have never experienced or are just beginning to experience how dark or subversive people operate, this is a good place to start. If you have already studied this subject some, then look for a more advanced, deeper dive, into this subject matter. This book has MANY typos and other errors in the text which I found very distracting as I read the book. It surely could have been corrected and made better by a proof reader and editor. It’s seems as if the book was hastily written and prematurely published.Overall, it’s a fair and unspectacular book. But it does have some good information for those who are new to the topic.

Scam
I suspect it was produced my chatgpt. The content itself is poor: a simple summary of different concepts (narcissism, psychopathy etc). But towards the middle it even becomes non sensical, with entire paragraphs that are a mess (poorly translated from Chinese or something like that). Here is a copy paste: "King Henry, the 8th of England, is a particularly famous example of a mighty seducer." This is already odd, but then the Author carries on saying that this king "was decapitated several times by his spouses"... I asked for a refund.

Good to read book
its a good book to read to have some information about the manipulation we face daily in our life,it could be better in setup and delivery of the information, the hard copy itself comes in a good quality

Poor quality and abysmal writing.
I bought this book as an interesting aspect of psychology that sounded from the advertising and cover that it held some new interesting insights into the darker uses of psychology. What I found instead was a poorly written text-lifted jumbled rubbish of a book. It is also a soft sell for NLP a much discredited form of therapy that has long gone from favour. Most of the so called secrets are regular psychology you can find in any text book, but here are all over the place and clearly out of context. The book itself has many grammatical errors (obviously never edited properly), paragraphs repeated over a few pages later, double line text mistakes and much more. Being fair I did struggle to the end to read the whole book, but what a waste of time. Interestingly there is no author background, no index, only a bibliography that seems to be from popular self help rather than anything scientific. Nothing new, nothing surprising, except it got published.

Absolute rubbish
This book is useless. It just says the different types of lies people use. If you are a 10 year old you might find some use but if you have lived past 10 you probaby have met everyone this book talks about. Do not buy it
