*IF* you can swallow them, these are great probiotics. The formula is well balanced; they’ll aid in keeping you regular and help with bloating. I’ve found I only have to take them every other day because they can be too effective, if you know what I mean. However, I have an extremely difficult time swallowing them (or anything in a gelatin capsule). They’re so light that they tend to bob around in my mouth on top of the liquid I try to swallow them with and I usually end up gagging on them. If you have sensitivity to swallowing pills then these may not be for you (I don’t have this issue with non-gelatin tablets). I have switched to this brand’s gummy version and find them much easier to use.

The product works great for me! I was extremely sad that I got it a day late! There is a lot of theft in the area that I live in and I prefer things to be on time so I don’t have to stay at home and wait for them! Having been late I should’ve at least gotten a little bit back on my product! But I guess there’s no customer service anymore! The delivery guys were great once it finally got here!

I've been extremely happy with this product. It took about 3 weeks to feel the effects. I cant swallow pills so I open the capsules and pour the contents on a spoon of whatever I'm eating. No unpleasant taste at all.
