This is a product made in Mexico that I can highly recommend anyone out there for their sore throats, colds, pain relief and much more. This is an item that is hard to get in stores nowadays, but some Mexican stores still carry it but it depends on the place you live since not all stores will have it, but thanks to Amazon that is not an issue anymore.It's best to be taken within the first symptoms of a cold or a sore throat to fully take effect and not feeling miserable in the next incoming days, but if that is not the case, then do not worry since this medicine will still help you and I would give it at least 2 days to recover and start feeling better, also do not fear on side effects as long you follow the instructions in how many capsules to take.I will say this; that you will feel like heating up, sweating a bit and that is a good thing since that is a sign of the medicine taking full effect, so do take a nice shower and you will enjoy the end results at the end of the day. Recently purchased this in Mexico to soothe my bad and aching cough at the end of a cold. God only knows what's in it but it works fast. So happy to find it on Amazon. UPDATE: Just received my order via iNet Giant on Amazon. Both packages have nearly reached the expiration date. Packages are printed in English, not in Spanish, and may not contain the same effective ingredients as the capsules purchased in Mexico.

This stuff is amazing! I woke up with a terrible cough sore throat and runny nose. Took this stuff and within 30 min my nose stopped runny and I stopped coughing, literally magic. Better than DayQuil, and it’s cheaper too

It's made in Mexico, but better than anything I've found made in the U.S. I buy it because it seems to work best for all members of my family when we come down with a cold. Highly recommended.

I can't ever find these anywhere but Amazon. I think these are better than nightquill or dayquill. They seem to work quicker and longer. maybe its just me
