Excellent bag - Get one for yourself
I disliked nothing....I bought this bag for my trip to Costa Rica as rain was in the forecast. This was also my carry on bag for the flight. It held everything I needed with plenty of room for more. It folds down perfectly and surprisingly wearing at as a backpack with the water proof material didn't make my back sweaty and was actually the most comfortable backpack I've worn. The water bottle holders on both sides could have been a little deeper but they still held the 24 oz water bottles just fine. I received no less than 10 people asking about this bag. They all wanted one and were going to use it for fishing, rafting, camping and more. They all loved the look. Now for the usage report: After probably 200 openings and fold downs, you cannot tell its ever been used. Still looks brand new. I took it on a 6 hour hike in the Rainforest and it performed perfectly. Everything was dry, in order and wearing the bag was completely comfortable. Next I went to the beach and it sat in the sun all day. Still cannot tell I've ever used it. There was an added perk of security as its not easy to pick pocket. There is only one way in and that was strapped and locked. In summary, I'll use this bag for every trip from now on. It looks fantastic, people notice it and compliment you. It holds everything you need, keeps stuff protected, dry and out of the sand and out of sight. My only suggestion for design options would again be deeper bottle holders and an inside zippered pocket area just for storing wallets and keys. The hanging phone bag is awesome but not big enough for easy in and out for today's larger phones. Get the bag, you'll love it !!!

Yes Waterproof and Fits My Needs Perfectly at a Great Price
I have had a few dry bags before, but never one that was also a backpack. I needed something to store some extra clothes and electronics while on assignment in the field. You never know what weather you're going to encounter so I bought this. Though I have not used t in a torrential down-pour yet or taken it on a boat or use it in the rain yet, but I did blast it in the shower for 10 min and run water over it at my slop sink for about 5min. It is completely waterproof. The folding top can fold either way, but I choose to fold it so that when I connect the ends it does not jab me in the back of my neck or upper back. The construction seems very sturdy and I will try to leave further feedback after I have had it in the field. I bought the 30L size and to be honest it is a little too big for my needs, but that is not pertinent to this review. Just know, you can stuff a lot of things in it. Oh, and I read some other reviews before buying and one said that it would fit as a carry-on, but I think the 30L is too big for that, but it may if it is not full. It is heavy enough material that I feel it will last a long time, but because of that I did not rate this bag for being "lightweight". Anyone wanting waterproof, rubberized outdoor material made for the elements shouldn't be too overly concerned with weight. The important aspects of this bag are, is it waterproof, is it quality construction, will it last, and finally what are the other features. It is YES for all those questions for me, so 5 stars. Regarding the other features, the shoulder straps are a little more comfortable than just simple straps that may eat into your skin if the bag is heavy or if you are wearing against your bare skin. The straps are good and they have pieces of material that I can clip a microphone to for my two-way radio. That was one of the big selling points for me, as well as the black and yellow color scheme. I like the colors because it is a little more subdued than an all yellow or uni-color bag. The dark black color gives it a little character. I have other bags with high visibility color, so I did not need this pack to be totally bright yellow. The bungy cords are great for connecting things or attaching things quickly to the outside. All the snaps and connectors seem of standard quality - no cheaper or no better than other bags of similar price. The fabric straps and the quality of the sewing/stitching is what I do not know about yet, but like I said I will try to leave another feedback after being used in the field. Also, time will tell to see how well the material and the colors hold up if in the sunlight or exposed to saltwater for a long time. Material like this in my experience heats up very quickly in the sun and sometimes starts to fade, chip or degenerate in general. Hope this review helps! I am a happy buyer because overall it is what I was expecting and I got the bag super quick. Cheers and good luck on your bag/backpack purchase!

Great, durable bag for serious outdoor adventure!
I bought this and two smaller, lighter-weight bags for a week long SUP camping trip. This was the only survivor and did everything I needed it to do! It was comfortable to carry while paddling, small enough to strap on my board as an alternative, but large enough to carry as a day pack. I kept all my main camping gear in my larger waterproof backpack, but took all my frequent access stuff like food, electronics, and a change of clothes in this bag. The straps were padded, had loops for attaching other gear, and it has a tough carry handle. I picked it for the bright color, and the external bungee area where I could tuck a water bladder with hose line to drink water while paddling without having to open the bag and risk falling. Side pockets were good for quick access stuff like sunscreen. My only complaint was the lack of a a padded hip belt, but it's small enough that it didn't too heavy. Great deal for a great bag!

Large durable bag
This bag worked out very well and also made for a great backpack when walking around out of the water. It is very large and comfortable to wear. It is made very well and seemed to work great. My only complaint and suggestion would be that the bags have 3 adjustable cords with a sliding clip to adjust for say a water bottle or larger items on front. The issue I had was that I lost one of the clips as not secured with a locking point. I would suggest tying a knot on one end to keep from losing the clips. I believe mine fell off while in the taxi in transit from location to location, etc. The cords could still be used without the clip. Just wasn't as convenient. I was able to fit 2 pair on fins, 2 snorkel sets, water shoes, towels, and other misc items inside this bag no problem. I was very pleased with the large size. I would recommend this bag.

Excellent, comfortable, spacious and reliable
Loved this product. It delivered on our Cancun Mexico trip. took it through jungles on scuba and snorkle and fishing trips and to the beach multiple times. Kept all of our contents dry and was very durable and comfortable. My only wish would be to have some smaller interor pockets or compartments to store smaller items

Took to Costa Rica in Rainy Season Very Happy!
I bought this to be my dry pack for an adventure trip to Costa Rica but it rapidly turned into my primary piece of luggage when I realized how much I wished to downsize. It was so very flexible. It kept everything dry from heavy rains because of course it is a dry bag; I was able to stand there smugly while everyone else's luggage got soaked. It was easy to carry as a backpack; I packed carefully to keep the contents to just over 20 lbs though that climbed a little when I added a few souvenirs. Other flexible daypacks worked along with this bag to take care of my travel needs. This did great, came out unscathed, and was worth every penny. I am beyond satisfied and would recommend this without hesitation. I would say, this isn't meant to be thrown against lava rocks. I treated it with the least roughness possible and all was well. If you need to be a gorilla to your gear, maybe shop for something heavier and thicker. Otherwise, reasonable folk are good to go.

Love, love, love it!
Love love love this backpack! I purchased this backpack 2 days before going on my first ever canoe trip in Canada and I was so happy I did. I looked at other options but this one seemed to be good quality and features with a hard to beat price point, so I went for it. It was absolutely great! It's big enough to hold clothes and personal items for a few days but not too big so that it's impossible to carry. The quality is good and everything inside is kept dry and neat. The top handle is very comfortable and the straps are padded. And if this matters to you - this backpack also looks good with its black and yellow colors. A couple of suggestions - more padding on the straps and more importantly, zipper or other quick access to the items inside without the need to unfold the top would be nice. However, if those additions would increase the price then it's better to not have them and be able to purchase this bag at this affordable price point. Love it! What a great purchase!

Extremely rugged and well made - Excellent Investment
Used it on a Boundary Waters hiking/fishing/camping trip. It was dedicated as the "food bag" and hung in a tree overnight. We had about 35 pounds of food in it and it was filled to the top. During the day, it was taking down and left on the ground. It stands up on it's own quite well so it was easy to dig into. It is fairly light weight and worked out great as a backpack I could wear while portaging the canoe. It was laid out in the sand/mud/grass, then dropped into a canoe, portaged, and then back into the dirt. Hardly any scuff marks. Very well made. The side holders were perfect for keeping the ZingIt rope for hanging the bag in a tree at night. So it was a self-contained system. It did rain one evening and I had complete confidence we would wake up to dry food. It was hung up by the shoulder straps so those straps held all the weight all night without issue. It has a dedicated handle for picking it up, but a lot of people kept picking it up by the closure snap buckle. I kept reminding them not to do that, but it held up just fine through the abuse. This is actually the 2nd one I purchased. I got one about two years ago and it's been working so well, I thought a 2nd one would be good for this most recent trip as we had a larger group and needed to carry more food.
