Product was received quickly and packaged well. Directions were clear and simple. Has really helped with the air quality in the house especially with an asthmatic child and 4 pets! Would definitely recommend.

Replacement air filters cannot be purchased without buying an entire new unit, even on manufacturer website. They still make them but want you to buy a whole new unit.

I bought 3 of these in March 2022. I started looking for replacement filters a couple of days ago. They are not stocked ANYWHERE. Even if you look at historical sites - you can't find any site that has ever sold replacement filters. What's more - Amazon won't sell them at all to California residents because it doesn't meet the California air regulation requirements. They are substandard. I have 3 useless filters and have been using them for six months thinking I'm doing the right thing by my family, when in reality we were still breathing polluted air. Nobody will take responsibility and Case Mate are saying they didn't know that they didn't meet the California regulations - Funny because California is their largest market. It seems that it's my fault that the California regulations are so strict. Case Mate won't take responsibility so please don't buy from them. Please learn from my very expensive mistake.

I bought two of these about 4 months ago. Time to change filters you can’t find replacement filters ANYWHERE. This is a rip-off!! Now they are useless. Amazon should not let them sell this product.

If you plan on using longer than 3-6 months, do not purchase! Replacement filters are no longer available.
