My hair had gotten thin on top so I started wearing wigs. After about 8 months I was tired of that and began using Visical. I use the Shampoo, Conditioner, AND the Vitamin supplements. It has really helped my hair grow and fill-in on the top where there are open spots. The hair all over my head has grown also, and I have to go more often to get it cut! The secret is to use all 3 products together. If not, you don't get the same results. I have gray hair so i use an extra conditioner at the end, because this one doesn't make my hair as soft like I'm used to. I love the results it's made on my hair. I've tried everything, but have had the best results with these 3 products!!!

I love the product but unfortunately I thought I had ordered the shampoo along with the conditioner and I have 2 conditioners but waiting on shampoo order now

I bought the complete hair care system from Viviscal to make my hair thick and full for my wedding with minimal expectation of it actually working. It's been about 6 months and while I've only noticed a slight improvement in the overall thickness of my hair, I have definitely noticed a very significant decrease in the amount of hair that I lose in the shower and to my hairbrush, which is enough to keep me as a customer since I was losing hair by the handful every day prior to starting the regime. The only thing I'd change is that the products are NOT Keratin friendly which kinda sucks because I love how my hair feels (and behaves! lol) after a good keratin treatment.FYI - I take the pills, and use the shampoo, conditioner and the elixir.P.S - I'm NOT a spam bot, I don't work for the company, nor was I paid to write this review. This is great conditioner! It is thicker than I expected, but rinses out nice & leaves my hair feeling soft!
