After 2 disappointments with other expensive pans, this one has proven excellent. Non-stick works well.Hand wash only as even though dishwasher safe, Ninja recommends hand-wash. Its as quick to do so as putting in and taking out of dishwasher.Family member tried it and is now buying one.

It's an expensive item but the main winners are it is easy to clean, you don't need much oil to fry (none for fattier foods like meat), and it feels like it's built to last. If you are willing to pay the premium it's a great frying pan and can be used in the oven too (though not tried that yet).

Liked the large surface of the pan. Quite heavy but great non-stick so long as you start it with oil (not spray) and gradually increase the heat. Even cooking. Great pan.

Truly awesome pan. Heats up quickly, spreads heat evenly and retains heat a low hob temperatures. Will be purchasing the smaller pans and griddle

After going through a number of non-stick frying pans, having other ninja in products I purchased this pan. It looks like a cast iron pan (in the pan itself) but lighter than cast iron, we’ve cook inside and cook in it on the bbq.we’ve been using it for a couple of months now. It’s durable, dishwasher safe, you need to heat it at lower temperatures, as it’s so efficient conducting and distributing heat. It’s been a great buy 👍🏻

This is a great pan but after 2 years, the non stick coating is peeling off.contacted ninja who are replacing with a new one

Have spent an absolute fortune on a well known French branded non-stick frying pans, only to find the non-stick coating falling off and the manufacturer unwilling to uphold their warranty, I decided to try a Ninja Food ZEROSTICK. It's a fraction of the price and a whole lot better. Far more resilient non-stick. The well known French brand's glass lid also fits like a glove.

Have a few of these pans now. Nothing sticks to them. Super easy to clean. Excellent.

I need to know how to get a replacement for this item it has a ten year warranty but I can not find any place to return it and get a new one to replace it.

Som vanligt med dessa typer av stekpannor teflon mm, så måste (tycker jag att smör eller liknade bör användas) för att värmeöverföringen sker just mellan fett och det man steker. Blir inte bra annars. Pannan är välgjord, men lite för lätt för att kännas gedigen, pannans stekyta är lätt skrovlig. Ser inte alls ut som en Tefalpanna. Min tidigare stekpanna var just en Tefal Jamie Oliver som teflonytan släppte på efter två år, usel kvalitet på den, använde den ytterst lite.

Da wir aufgrund von gesunder Ernährung und medizinischen Problemen beim Kochen deutlich fettreduzierter Arbeiten müssen, passt diese Pfanne super in unsere Küche!Selbst Bouletten/Fleischleiberl und Spiegelei gelingt ohne die Zugabe von Öl/FettSuper schnell und einfach zu reinigen, hatte keinen unangenehmen Eigengeruch.Habe die Pfanne mittlerweile sogar schon für Freunde bestellt und verschenkt, weil ich so happy damit bin!

Très très bon produit. Un peu lourde mais c est dû à la qualité du matériau.
