I wanted jerky that did not contain added sugar! The jerky was fresh and tender! Very salty, but that is expected in beef jerky! I will be purchasing again!?

Tried this at golf halfway house. Bought it by the 11th hole and delivered next day.

This is a softer jerky than most. I don’t mind because I’d like to preserve my teeth in their original positions. It’s trimmed out pretty well. I didn’t find any nasty unchewable parts like are present in some jerky brands. I didn’t care for the street taco flavor in this brand of jerky. My son said it tasted like Taco Bell. I’d say maybe like Taco Bell’s distant cousin. I did like their Serrano lime flavor. It has a spicy pop and a great flavor. If I re order this brand, that’s the only one I’ll get.

So tender and flavorful!We use it in our homemade spaghetti sauce. So glad to see it is available again.Will continue to buy this flavor.

You can make beef jerky spicy or taste good without adding sugar. I bought this jerky bc it doesn't have added sugar, but it's not so tasty. Very bland

Beef jerky arrived in three sealed bags inside another sealed bag. I could smell the mold before I even opened it. When I opened it up, it was disgusting - covered in green and white mold and the smell was terrible.They have a No Returns policy and they don't respond to messages. Take from that what you will. What I will do is never buy their products again.Looking at reviews, there are A LOT of negative reviews that Amazon has crossed off and removed, saying this is their responsibility as they delivered the item. Any good business would have fixed the problem by now instead of continuing to send bad products and letting amazon just remove the bad reviews. This company has figured out an easy way to make money - send their low quality products to Amazon Warehouses and let Amazon [not] deal with the consequences.I'm sure this review will be crossed off and my one star removed. That's too bad because most people won't actually read the reviews. Baja Beef Jerky will continue to have 4 stars out of 5 and their negative reviews will be crossed off and they'll never have to do anything to fix it.

GAME CHANGER. The flavor, texture, and ingredients in this jerky are absolutely without parallel. There's no crap in here, just seasoned to perfection with spices, plus reasonable amounts of sodium AND low sugar/carb for my keto diet (dead pancreas crew what's up). The original and street taco flavors are both incredible (only ones I've tried so far). Never even been that big of a jerky fan before but I could smash this all day! THANK YOU for putting a delicious jerky with real-food ingredients on the market!
