Can you fit your hand inside of it to clean it ?

Not really, an adult hand doesn’t go through the top of the thermo, you need a brush to clean inside.

Will the 24oz size actually hold 3 cups of soup?

No. Definitely not that large. 1.5 cups at the most. You can check the dimensions and compare with the cups measurements.

Is it dishwasher safe?

Very sorry but I cant find anything anywhere that says it is or is not dishwasher safe. I do not use the dishwasher for this item.

Rusting

Why did this rust? It was a good purchase at first and kept food smoking hot for 5+ hours until it rusted from the inside lol. Man it was expensive too.
