Does this make anyone’s hair tangle really badly?

I’ve had this dryer for years and it has just recently over the last couple months started tangling my hair. My hair is longer now but never had this problem before.

How to remove back to access air filter?

The rear filter/stand can be removed by twisting it off

Is this a brand new dryer? Also, does it come with a diffuser?

Yes it is a new dryer and no it does not come with a diffuser. Currently there is not one for this dryer, but you can try a universal diffuser.
