Some reviewers claimed that this was hard and plastic-like. Noooo.... it's dense foam, as you would want it to be. I'll come back here after I've used it for a coupla weeks, but I'm glad I did decide to purchase it. Much more comfortable than the tennis ball I had been using. My only recommendation would be for it to come in different widths. I'd prefer one slightly less wide. Oh, also some reviewers said the ridges were painful.... ?? I don't see how. One thing--be careful--my dog was preeeeetty sure that was a toy for him, based on the way he was urging me to "Throw it! Throw it!"... Maybe keep it out of reach of your dogs.... ;-D

I am a massage therapist, and have the terrible habit of looking down, chin tucked far too often. Recently it has become painful. This cervical spine traction is so good. I can lean back on it while sitting on the couch, or lay on it and get a more intense stretch. I am not fixed yet, but I have more moments of feeling good lately

Amazing! I have a long neck so not a lot works for stretching and supporting my neck. This trilobite shape is so perfect it holds your head in place and stretches your neck. I do recommend getting a gel seat cushion to put over the top of it because it's a little bit hard.

This cervical traction piece is the first true at-home relief I’ve had, other that being in-session with cervical spine physical therapy. I have lingering chronic pain from a car accident injury years ago. So I’ve used it before bed, flat on the mattress no pillows, for about 10 min and after just a few tries, I am impressed enough to come write this review so YOU could know what’s up. The device is so simple to use/store, low cost and provides true lasting comfort to ease through the next day. 10/10 get one or give one, seriously.

I’ve been using this for about a week now. It feels super good on my neck and back, and helps me feel better throughout the day. The first time or two you may not feel it or it may feel weird but after that it feels great!

I fell & have whiplash. Go to physical therapy. Took it in & showed to my Therapist. Dr Chad, said it gave you a nice stretch, but not to use for long periods of time. I Included IT in my my home therapy

Once you get comfortable with placement, the product is easy to use and alleviates pain while one rests the neck on it. For this problem one relies on various modalities and I find this useful and easy to use apparently providing traction as it provides relief from pain while in use and hopefully beyond.
