I do not know if to launch it out of the window or keep it...
500 pages to describe AGILE.This says everything. The book has the merit to cover all faces of AGILE and give nice hints and links. On the other side it could have been reduced to 100 pages, providing much more clarity.Beside being verbose, redundant, pedant, boring to death, the way it uses the words Requirements, Functionality, Features, Tasks, User Story etcin a interchangeable and liberal mode kills the reader ability to follow most of the key messages.Furthermore the model presented are not clusterd by phases or pictured along a project roadmap, making them difficult to have handy when they are needed. For my personal use, I have summarized the book in 12 (!) font 18 power point pages and I assure you nothing is missed. It's a pity, 'cause I use Agile since 2004 and I assure you AGILE could be thought without scaring the reader to death with 500 pages of repetitions.
