I have used this product for years. I have been happy with it as it has helped my dry eye symptoms. However, the last 2 bottles that arrived via auto ship had the soft gels melted together. Usually, it just takes a couple hard shakes of the bottle to loosen and maybe a hard tap on the counter. None of this helped. I contacted the company and they seemed to help. I sent them screen shots of the numerous times I ordered the product and photos of the bottles and lot numbers and how the gets were stuck in the bottle. They said they required additional information before they could assist me. I'm 68 years old and while not completely computer illiterate, I'm close. (My husband is 76 and worse than I am) They told me how to give them that information and I followed the steps, and it was still not to their satisfaction. The product itself when arrives not melted. I have discontinued auto ship and currently, looking for an alternative product, even if I have to purchase in store.

I got this for my dad since he’s been using Omega-3 supplements for a while, and so far he’s been pretty happy with it. He says it feels effective and hasn’t had any complaints about it. It’s hard to measure results exactly, but he feels good using it and hasn't had any issues like fishy burps or stomach discomfort, which have happened with other brands in the past. The capsules are average in size (not tiny, but manageable), and they go down easily. One thing we liked is that he only needs to take one a day thanks to the higher EPA and DHA content, so it lasts longer than other bottles that require 2 or 3 pills daily. It’s not some miracle pill, but if you're looking for a straightforward, decent-quality fish oil supplement, this one seems like a good option. We’ll probably stick with it unless we find something significantly better or cheaper.

This stuff is freaking AMAZING!!! I really wish I'd taken this years ago because I could have been feeling better all this time! I have a few autoimmune issues and inflammation being one of the biggest problems to control, this stuff gets it under control and keeps it in check. I honestly can not say enough good things about this product! Swollen joints, redness around the fingertips and toes, and any tell tale signs of increased inflammation are now all things of the past. Cognitively speaking, another reason to take these supplements. My thoughts are more clear, my memory has improved, my everything brain related has been fine tuned. I'm telling you... don't sit around waiting for changes that will never happen without being proactive! Yes, these supplements are slightly on the bigger side, but they are by no means difficult to swallow. I've had zero issues with swallowing, although I do have problems with that. There has been zero after taste, no issues with taste repeating. I honestly can't say one negative thing about these. My blood pressure has also gone down since beginning taking this supplement. It wasn't poor prior, but it has decreased to the lower side of normal. I don't put forth much effort in leaving reviews if the product isn't up to par, but when I do come across something that has helped enrich my life, then I'm going to tell the world! I want everyone to do well and feel well, thus my review for this product.

I barely ever write reviews but I felt the need to for this one I have used this product since 2020 (about 5 1/2 years now) and it’s has been a game changer!!! I had terrible brain for years and after doing some research and seeing that fish oil could be helpful and researching what kind of fish oil I needed, I came across this brand with the perfect combination of DHA and EPA. Brain fog gone within 2 days of starting the supplements. When they say no fish burps, they mean it. I can think of maybe 3 times that happened over the last 5 years and I think it was because I swallowed them funny. Great company too. I had a bottle that had the seal tampered with upon delivery. Company was super quick to respond and sent me another bottle, no questions asked!
