Honestly unsure if this actually helps with anything, but it feels good to stretch my lower back out. This is a preferable method for extending those muscles, as it is fully adjustable and provides a fair amount of support. The liner built into this traction device is of high quality, just like most Ajuvia pillows, so I don't feel I'm going to pop it just by laying on it, despite weighing approximately 250 pounds. I'm sure if I used some guides I could use it to extend some muscles and points of pressure, but for someone who wants to just lay down and remove some compression, it does the trick and I've never felt uncomfortable.

It works but the air starts deteriorating as you lie on it. It shouldn’t do that. It is supposed to stay where you blow it up too. I bought it to immolation what the physical therapist was doing to get my back better. I would not recommend this product. It doesn’t work well.

This device was just what I needed to fly with. I have a very bad back so it helping me quite a bit, thank you.

Yes,USELESS! i usually leave great comments but this item is garbage. I had to ask my daughter to pump it for me since i was in pain. Don't waste your time and money for thus please! The only good thing about this is that amazon picked it up from my house when i escalated the return.

I could not get used to the cord and and bulb in my bed with me. Too restless a sleeper. The bulb held up very well- no leaks..

Thank You for an excellent product. I was in such a pain that I could not sit on Chair without lots of stress. This has helped me. It is simple but very effective, the moment, I laid on it, I felt my lumbar being loosened up and the pain going away gradually. I love it’s inflatable feature because I don’t have to get up and down in order to adjust the height of the back stretcher like The one I had before.I can easily adjust the level of support and stretch by squeezing the hand pump while lying on my bed. It is very very flexible and convenient, highly recommended to anyone with low back pain.
