Awesome Blue Cheese Definitely Worth the Price
I wasn't familiar with semi-hard blue cheese. I have to say this is my favorite blue cheese by far. I used to eat the hard blue cheese. If you are looking for a really good blue cheese with made with raw milk this is it. It is 4.5 lbs. Now worries either. Just cut the cheese up and store in the freezer. Pull it out a couple of days before use and the cheese tastes great.

Huzzah! A Wonderful, Affordable Stilton!
Incredible bargain - incredible cheese. A little creamier that English Stilton, but, as a result, much more usable. This is going on my Repeat List.

Absolutely one of the best we have had!
We love cheese and this one was utterly superb. My husband thought it would be great for a dinner we were having and our guests devoured it - will definitely buy again and highly recommend. Just thrilled we can get this cheese, as we both spent a great number of years in Europe and truly miss the great cheeses. This is one of them.

Not raw milk
Advertised as raw milk but was sent pasteurized. Returned it - which was an easy process, for what it's worth.
