Works perfectly for the Yamaha PA-5D replacement
I ordered a replacement Yamaha DGX-520 AC Adapter on Ebay.com and it was under rated and overheated in 30min or less, due to the power draw was more than it was rated to output. This replacement is the correct output.

Little surprise
