Hopefully this review will save a child's life (or at the very least, a trip to the hospital)! Bought this for our three-year-old, but apparently our one-year-old found some of the small beads that had fallen on the ground and ate them. The one-year-old began throwing up a few days later and what we suspected was just a stomach bug turned into two weeks at the hospital. The worst part of all of it is that these are practically invisible to all scans (MRI, CT, X Ray) and we would not have found out what was wrong with him if the docs hadn't done an X Ray dye test and enough liquid was able to pass around the sphere to give a clear picture of what was happening. Two weeks and two surgeries later and our child is a happy and healthy baby again but these nearly killed him. Please please please don't buy these if you have small children in your household!!!

We bought this for our 4 year old foster son who has a hard time focusing on anything. I wasn’t sure how he would do but I had read that these were good for kids who have ADHD or similar symptoms. He absolutely LOVES this kit. The accessories that come with it are awesome. He loves the pool and has a few favorites of the accessories (the net, the scooper/ball drop, the strainer, and the cups). He plays with this for hours an is excited but surprisingly calm. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this item!We added a bucket and mixing bowl for him to use with this because he really enjoys using the accessories to move the beads from one place to another. The beads got so big after a few hours and overnight! We kept a few in the bag so we could see how small they were when we started and he was amazed when he saw how small they were compared to how big they were the next day.We are going to add some small letters and numbers so we can add learning to it and make it a fun game to search for letters and numbers in the beads.Overall he loves this set and it was well worth the money! I am really glad we bought this for him! If you are considering it, make the purchase! You won’t regret it!

This is supposed to be a Christmas gift for my son. I’m glad I took it out of the box because when I opened it the beads were everywhere! The bag was half empty AND a smaller bag has some water beads that were all ready inflated and the bag was moist on the inside. If I didn’t open this until Christmas my kid would be opening a moldy toy. I’m pretty sad because I was looking forward to this toy for them.

This product is so much fun! My 2 year old grandson had a blast playing with the water beads. I only made half of the beads and it was plenty. The first day he played in it in a plastic kiddie pool, he had so much fun scooping the water beads into cups and just sitting in them. The second day he used them in a water table we have, he was able to scoop them into cups, place them where they went down slides, and filled up different types of items for fun. The third day we used the table top blow up with the plastic aquatic animals and he had a blast! He rotated using them in the three different methods for a week. I tried to use a dehydrator to shrink them, but most burned, I set them in the sun, but it took too long, so I ended up throwing them away. I will use them in smaller amounts as I go because 20,000 of them filled a 5 gallon bucket, which was plenty. I will probably do them in smaller amounts and then just buy more to replace and not try to dehydrate them. Worth every penny!!!

Get this! It’s so fun. There are enough orbies in this package to fill the little blue pool multiple times. You really get you’re moneys worth. My kids loved all the little accessories and cups that come with it. Such a good gift and I’m definitely ordering again come Christmas time.

I have almost 3 yrs old and 14 months old, and they both love to play with those water beads!Very fun colors, nice textures, and fun tools that were included! It is also fun in the water table while having waterplay outside!I made one bag almost a month ago, and those beads have not shrunken yet (but we’ve been mostly playing in the water table with lots of water.)I have to watch my younger one to make sure she does not eat it haha. But they both enjoy playing with them a lot! :) thanks!!

Pretty decent for the price

My daughter loves sensory toys so she was so excited to get this and she was not disappointed!! All the little toys it comes with are so cool and the inflatable pool is so perfect and the bin it comes in is perfect for storage! I am beyond happy with this purchase!!
