Arrived alive even in freezing weather!
I ordered 6 snails. I received around 20 trumpet snails and 2 bonus apple snails. I got them out of the mailbox within minutes of their arrival, knowing they had a long and chilly trip. They were packed in a paper towel inside a plastic bag that was inside another bag and a shipping box that said "live inverts" on it. The wet paper towel was so cold I really wasn't sure how many would awaken. I expect the seller wisely included so many in case of extra cold weather or a shipping delay.I quickly put the snails into water and, over the next 30 minutes, all of them began to move around and start hunting for food! The last to wake was the largest apple snail. The snails are all lively and seem to be in good health despite their harrowing journey.MTS are known for their hardiness and their willingness to aerate substrate and clean algae without eating plants. Many consider them trash snails, but I put them in all my betta tanks. Bettas will attack snails but MTS are true survivors. Don't overfeed your fish or else you will have a million snails.

All dead before end of required quarentine process
These arrived alive and a lot more than I ordered, which I didn't want. The directions said to quarentine them and halfway through that process I realized they were dead. A total waste of $10.

All alive & healthy
Arrived all alive, a range of sizes. It's months later and they are still all alive and healthy, have them split between two tanks (both filterless, organic and heavily planted) 10/10 will definitely get more when I move up to bigger tanks

Bettafish got a Parasite from the snails
Once I introduced these snails to my tank my Betta fish started rubbing himself against plants and rocks. A week after he was lethargic, wouldn't eat and the snails kept climbing on top of my betta so I had to move them with aquarium tweezers. I stopped feeding for a day, changed 50% of the water, purchase an airstone and turned on the filter with no success on the condition of the fish. As a last resort to save my fish I bought Melafix Antibacterial Treatment and a Parasite Remedy then removed the snail. I started treatment on my Bettafish and after completing just the three recommended treatments of the Parasite Remedy my Betta had nearly fully recovered. I recommend that the seller treats the snails before selling anymore or that if you buy any quarantine the snails in a separate tank then treat them for a week.

Large, active snails
I ordered the 6 pack and received 7 in the mail. They came packaged in a small cooler with a heat pack (still warm on arrival). The snails were much larger than I expected. Four were about 2.5-3 cm long and there were 3 others that were closer to 2-2.5 cm long. I was happy to see this because the last snails I attempted in my aquarium were too small and quickly eaten by my fish! I've had the snails in my tank for a few days now and they've been happily chomping down on algae and detritus. So glad I ordered these! The one con is that the cup they came in could have been tighter. There was a little bit of leakage while I was unboxing them, which was worrisome. However, they still had plenty of water.

5 out of 6 but killed my two zebrafish
I read the reviews stating that there might be parasites coming along with these snails but I decided I didn't want to wait a month and took a risk and put them in the tank on the same day of arrival. Within a couple days my two zebrafish started showing signs of disease, curling over, inactivity, etc. and died. Just wanted to leave a review saying that the snails came alive and seem to be doing well but be sure to quarantine like others recommend to get rid of the parasites.
