After fighting the gain with another brand I did some research and found this one. With a wedding coming up I thought I’d give it a try - it was a great choice. I had all the benefits without the bloat.

Updated review. Some capsules were partially filled, maybe like 8-10 in the whole bottle. Thought this might be a counterfeit product, but after checking lot # and date with NOW customer service, it is probably just from a bad lot. Unfortunately, Amazon provides no credit, although NOW seemed to think the would. Still don't know if they are doing anything healthwise. Probably don't take frequently enough.
