FUNPET Soft Mesh Dog Harness No Pull Comfort Padded Vest for Small Pet Cat and Puppy Pink XS

This is a pretty nice harness. For my cat, it’s really secure and rather comfortable for her. She adapt pretty well for it being the first time she’s ever worn a harness. But I was reading other people’s reviews, and they were saying that they ordered the small for their cats... honestly the small fits, but barely. I dont know how drastic the size difference is from small to medium, but especially if you have a fat cat, think about ordering the medium.UPDATE***The area inwhich the harness seemed tight (around the neck) but has loosened up after about a week of her wearing it. It appears to be rather comfortable for her, and looks pretty nice in it too. It's super easy to put on and take off, for both my cat, and me.My cat personally doesn't try to run away or get out of the harness. She's still trying to understand the leash part, but she's fine with the harness. I bought this harness because I noticed how badly she wanted to be outside. I don't let her outside because I don't want her bringing harmful stuff into the house, I live in a decently populated area, and there are a bunch of coyotes in the area. So, if she's on a leash then I don't mind. When I do take her outside, she doesn't explore very far. My point is, I don't have a cat trying to get away. However, in times where she wants to climb into a bush, the harness comes into play because I kind apply enough pressure with the harness to let her know I'm saying no. I can just kinda pull her out safely. This harness is comfortable for her, so when I pull her away from something, she's not over reacting due to a pinch or something from the harness.I do still stand by my first part about the sizes. The Small fits my cat, but just barely. If she gains anything more than 1/2", this will not fit her.Note: In the picture, my cat is wearing a collar with a harness. Two separate pieces. The mesh part goes around the neck, and the thin strap goes around the waist with the metal ring on the back side.

UPDATE**** Chico now weighs 6 lbs and should be about grown. He still wears this harness, we've had it for around 3 months and he has finally grown into it the way it should fit. He has never and still doesn't mind it. When I pull it out he will come to me knowing he gets to go somewhere once its on. (Treats helped at first but now he is a big boy so petting praise does the job) The yellow hasn't gotten near as dirty as I thought it would. We haven't let it out at all and he has yet to ever pull himself out of it even when it was a tad to big on him. I had some issues with getting it off of him because the neck piece is tighter than the chest area but I have since realized I can unbuckle it and take my hands on the neck piece and flip it to make a funnel, this process doesn't bother him either, he is patient with me. After flipping the neck piece it slides off as easy as it slide on. This product is by far the best thing I've ever bought for the price, I think I am going to buy a few in different colors to match what my daughter wears, as he was her birthday gift. Attaching a new photo of his bigger size to compare how he fit at 3lb and now at 6 lbs.Original post: Chico the chorkie weighs in at 4 lb (or so the vet says) & 3mnths old. He is wild as a bull. Literally bucks like the meanest bull in the pen but this harness does it's job. Its a tad big even taken all the way in but stays on him! The color is bright and beautiful but I can see it getting dirty easy with him being all of a half inch from the ground. Its light and didn't seem to bother him one bit. This is the first harness/vest/shirt type he has ever worn and barely even noticed it. He didn't put up a fight when it went over his head either, he heard outside & did whatever it took to get a treat!

I got this for my cat to replace the standard strap harness I had for her when she was a kitten. I went with this one, because it it seemed to be more comfortable and light weight for a cat, and the adjusting parts wouldn't be able to slide around as much and cause the leash to pull her from odd angles. So far it has lived up to all those expectations! My kitty doesn't mind the transition between the two harnesses at all, and this one is easier to slip over her head, making getting it on her a quicker and more pleasant experience. My cat is 8.3 lbs and I got her the XS, which has plenty of extra room adjustable around the middle. I can tighten it to be snug on her, but I can't imagine even a larger cat needing to size up. I think a larger size would be too large at the non adjustable neck hole for any cat. This one works great on though, even on my smaller cat.I use this to let her have some supervised outdoor time, and for when I need to take her for trips to the vet, or to stay with friends for the weekend etc. She has NEVER been able to slide out of it. I'm not confident that she could, but she has been trained in a harness since she was a kitten, so it doesn't distress her at all to have it on, and she has never struggled to get out of it.Overall this is a great, cheap, little harness for a cat that is comparable to the quality you would get from the pet-store generic brand at half the cost!

I bought this for my 4 month old 4lb kittens. The XS harness fits great, if a tad wide and bulky around the neck. It would be a lot better if the neck part was adjustable. Pretty sure this was made for a dog since like I said the neck is a bit wide for a cat, but for the price, it works. I was tired of the super thin kitty harnesses on the market as they are not as secure as this and a bit of a pain to put on. This will probably fit my kitties for at least a couple more pounds and after that I will upgrade to small or medium. Again since they are only $6, I can afford to buy more sizes and then I will always have each size if I ever get kittens in the future. I have noticed that the bulk of the harness has thrown off my cat's equilibrium a tiny bit. She has went to jump and then misses her target then falls to her back, but as she gets used to the weight and feel of this I doubt it will be a problem.

Unfodunately its too big for my Morkie .... it should fit soon i hope

Looks nothing like the one in the picture, probably completely unsafe because a cat can easily escape from it.
