Good at keeping your ears warm

Doesn’t really feel the best quality, and the fit is slightly odd (or I have an odd head) but it does help to a certain degree to keep the ears warmer and the water mostly out, so that’s helpful. Better under or over a full cap really, which maybe defeats the purpose? The hook and loop can be a tad uncomfortable. Not sure if it’s worth the £10 though.

Easy to use
I use a zone3 wetsuit so was excited to try this head band. It is easy to put on and fits securely around my head. It is much faster to put on compared with alternatives like a hood. I wish it covered the ears a bit more completely.

Stops brain freeze
Good for swimming on cold days. I wear with a neoprene swim hat and so far so good.

If you require for medical reasons don’t bother with this item
Absolutely useless if you require to keep ears dry for medical reasons doesn’t fit comfortably restrictions of view and really didn’t cover ears properly. Wouldn’t advise anyone to purchase
