very good system have always used avast

Huge disappointment and complete waste of money. I bought a 1-year subscription in December, it expired by the end of February. It is impossible to contact any technical support/customer service apart from a useless AI driven chat. It supposed to be a 10-device license. On both my laptop and smartphone the subscription is marked as 'active', but I keep getting warnings that my devices are unprotected at the same time. To my irritation, a wrong activation code is displayed - not the one I received to activate the product. Avast Antivirus is a very good family of products, but the source on Amazon does not seem reliable.

Working in IT I've used probably every security software on the market, for the home user I think this is the most comprehensive and least cumbersome Security Suite I've used to date. Works on every device and I've not had an issues with this. Recommended

I lost all my audio drivers after I installed this driver updater, the only way I could get them back was to recover my laptop to an earlier point. I then reinstalled and excluded the audio drivers from being updated. This seems to be an ongoing problem as when I searched the web for a solution others has this problem which to me it looks like avast have been aware but done nothing to resolve. It does what it says it does by updating all the drivers but be aware that you may get some issues after installing.
