Changed pill size
After 3 years of taking this brand they had to change the pill size. Instead of long they opted for short and thick, causing it to get stuck in my esophagus. AfterTime to find a new product.

Good Source of Omega 3
This product is advertised as providing 1600mg of Omega 3s with 800mg each of EPA & DHA. Assuming this product supplies as advertised, I like the amount of Omega 3 it supplies and the amounts of EPA & DHA. Equal amounts of EPA & DHA are unusual. I also like that it has Sports Certification, but it is not clear whether that certification includes supplying what it advertised.

Excellent fish oil supplement
We have tried many fish oil supplements. This is a winner. It is NSF certified which is a huge plus. Very happy with this purchase. It is a bit pricier than others but worth it.
