Unique Party 90878 - Blue Flashing Happy Birthday Cake Decoration

These candles were a big disappointment. I was really excited about these, first time I've ever seen them and as it was my husbands 65th birthday I thought these would look good on the cake and give it a bit of a "wow" factor. I was wrong.To start with they were small, chalky looking and full of horizontal cracks. Trying to light them was a nightmare, they didn't want to catch, so by the time I had the last candle alight, the first was burnt almost half way down. As per the recommendation on the box, we turned out all the lights and yes, the flames were different colours, but nowhere near as bright or different as the advert or packaging suggests. I won't bother buying these again, I'll stick to normal birthday cake candles.Note: this wasn't the only brand of different flame colour candles I bought. I needed 22, so purchased this pack and another, different brand from a different seller. All of the candles were the same and all performed poorly.

Bought this for my son's 16th birthday. He loved it! Nice and bright, and has a small button on the back to switch on/off.I will be getting another for my daughter's birthday later in the year.

Never seen these before but thought I would give them a try for my twins 10th birthday. They absolutely loved them. Couldn't do it during the day but saved them for the evening and the colours were really clear. Very happy with this purchase.

Colour flame candles and holders: Just to clarify there are only 10 candles and holders in the pack, so not many nor room for wastage. The flames are supposed to burn the same colour as the actual candle, this happened with about half of the candles with the remainder burning with a normal yellowy flame. They were reasonably priced and were perfectly adequate as birthday candles but not really as described.

Saved the day now candles are forbidden unless you never want to see people againLolWorked well altho doesn’t stand in a cake as too heavy, we put some blue tack on a board the cake was on to stand it in next to the cakeLoud tune and very bright flashing lights, probably not a good idea for anyone with epilepsy !
