Very upset on their description of the product and what I received
I will mention that this was not at all a bad experience by any means at all in fact it was a very good one all except for the one big reason (almost the only reason) I bought this toy for my high energy dog. The suction cup was the selling point for me. I hopeful that when there are times I have to leave the house for a little bit and she is home alone I don't come back to my things being chewed up or her just testing me because she is mad and she is letting me know ( this is my 1st Australian shepherd and I'm finding out how smart they are! It's amazing š¤©) but it's so bad I want rid of it for $$$ back or something different made for her or if someone has a special secret that they don't tell you on how to install these please let me know I will try it lol. But I really sorry to let anyone down who was really looking forward to getting one like I was and then seen my review but then again maybe it was this review that just saved you from wasting your $$$ pn something that doesn't work as it says it should

A great idea that didnāt last
I really liked the idea of this toy for my dog, but it took him about 30min to rip the ball in half & disconnect the cord from the suction cup. The only thing that really survived was the suction cup & we let him play with that for a few days before eventually having to toss it.We have a ~50lbs mixed breed dog who loves to play tug of war. This seemed like a great idea for him to play when we couldnāt. The suction was great, & didnāt come loose so that was nice (our kids even had a go at it). The problem was that the cord was fairly thing & he ended up biting through it in about 30seconds when I left the room. The ball it self was good for a little while until he decided to get serious about getting the treat inside out & proceeded to basically rip the thing in half.I still think the toy & idea is great, just didnāt hold up to our dog. To be fair there arenāt many toys that dog.

Suction will take a few tries to find a good spot
Mine did not stay stuck as well I'd like it to but it stuck for a bit and I didn't use my foot to push it down like the instruction said, so I'm sure it will be better when I get it right. For the most part it held up to my little monster. A 20lb beagle/dachshund mix, and those breeds can be rather ferocious and very powerful with their tug of warring so I was impressed enough. My dogs did give up on it and start to stare at me to get the treats out because the rubber is kind of stiff, but that's part of the "challenge" right? They're too spoiled by the treat ball that just drops pieces randomly with no work but rolling it. This is a sturdy buy. I recommend it.

Dog chewed right through
I was so excited for this but toy only lasted 1 day. I loved it but my puppy just kept eating the suction part. Ended up throwing suction away and just keeping the ball part. He ate through the suction plastic. Not best for aggressive chewers!

Mixed feelings
My sheepadoodle was able to remove the base apart from rope and ball very easily. She was also able to chew the base up easily. The ball is really firm but I expect it to loosen some. It seems very sturdy for aggressive chewers. My dog is not an aggressive chewer but she will chew up a toy if she can.
