Bummer X 2
This mask is comfortable in any which way you choose to sleep. It blocks enough light but you s only “okay.” The sound quality is darn good, however. I received mine and immediately loved it. My hubby tried it out, got jealous, and I ended up ordering him one as well. We were thrilled for about 2 weeks. Hubby’s stopped connecting on week two. It would just shut off and stop playing. I thought maybe it was a fluke and planned on ordering him another. However, mine has now pooped out on me, as well. Same thing. It disconnects over and over. Two masks and neither lasted even three weeks. Buyer beware.

It really is Cozy
Update: we think someone actually took our mask when we weren't there. Bought 2 more, same great quality!Insomniacs and/or anxious people, the time has come to catch those Z's! I was very worried about the speakers bothering me and they don't. I even received the battery FULLY charged (showed on my phone after connecting). I used it for a quick nap and I only remember hitting play. They aren't completely noise cancelling though, but they get the job done. I could still hear clearly what I set to play (ASMR).As for light, there's still a bit peeking through near the nose bridge, but I also have blackout curtains so that helped. I am thinking of adding a wire along the nose to see if that will make it 100% blacked out.I included a photo of what the eye covers look like as I didn't find any before and it gives your eyes plenty of room to open. The mask has Velcro fastening which doesn't bother me but it may to other people. I tuck it under my hair near my neck and had to tighten it, so of you have a large head, this mask has your back!Charges via USB-MicroUSB connection. The charging cable is tucked in the mask which is plush so you won't feel it. My boyfriend was curious as he also has trouble sleeping and he LOVES it. I'll be buying him one too. He was surprised how padded the sides are. Overall amazing, you won't be disappointed.

Nice to have, but not a great product
I bought these because I wake up during the night a lot, with some random song stuck in my head on a loop. It's maddening. I have a Pandora channel of piano music I stream to these. Here are some pros & cons I've discovered:Pros: comfortable to sleep in any position, adjustable, easy enough to pair, travel bag to keep it & the cord together.Cons: LEDs don't line up with the tiny holes in the pouch in which the power unit sits. It's difficult to tell if the lights are on or when it's done charging. (You have to move it around to see the lights). The charging indicator light goes out very quickly so you're never really sure if it's still charging or full. The battery does not last for the amount of hours advertised. (I've gotten between 4-5 hours after charging it the recommended amount of time)The speakers are all the way in the back of the mask (see pic where I'm pointing at the mask) so, if you are a small person or you don't happen to have ears behind your regularly placed ears, you'll need to turn the volume up. I suppose they designed it this way for comfort but, for me, it makes it difficult to hear the music, then have to be startled by the commercial breaks on Pandora!I'm glad I bought them but will have to start using them when I wake up, rather than as I'm trying to fall asleep so the battery will last. But that means being fully alert, pairing them to my phone, and turning on the music without waking my husband. Riiiight.

Slightly newer design, less of a fan - but they are okay
Had originally bought pair and used them EVERY night. Loved them, bragged about them and got a few as gifts for others. After some time, I think they just wore out such that they wouldn't recharge anymore. Wasn't too upset as I enjoyed them more than planned and just bought a new one. Assumed it would be the same but there are some slight adjustments that just don't seem to work as well, including some thing different about the velcro strap in the back and the little speakers in the ear. Not less comfortable, just placed oddly and hard to adjust. The control panel at the front top works exactly the same, but must have less cushion on the forehead side as you can distinctly feel the square box. I still use it, but just not as happy as the first design.

They work
I used these last night, but I do notice there is a slight smell when I put them on--slight chemical smell? Probably just needs airing out. The speakers don't put out a lot of energy so I had to almost max out the volume even though they provide insulation and you can't hear the music when not wearing it. It is velvety soft. The wiring to the speakers on each side looks flimsy and I was worried I'd break it adjusting it to fit my ears. I don't really care for the control panel. The battery lasted through the night on a single charge --we'll see later down the line... Mask did shift and the speakers moved out of the way in the morning, but still kept everything dark for me! Bought some Manta Sleep eye cups, hoping to attach to the inside of this mask to provide a more sturdy fit --maybe it won't shift in the middle of the night.Edit: I take back my note that the speakers don't put out much. It puts out enough sound. When I first took them out and tried them on, I did so in the day time and my surroundings were much louder during the day than the night. In the evenings I have the volume about 1/3 and it was more than enough.

Ok but not as good as before
I had this product, but after a 8months the earphones only stayed charged for a couple of hours. Amazon were great refunded and i bought this pair as a replacement. The difference between this pair and my last was this pair has no cut out for my eyes it rests directly on my eyes the other pair didn't. The other feature is the ear speakers in the new ones are fixed, the others floated more, these I struggle with as tye are a bit too far apart they are not over my ears. I will keep up to date on how long the speaker lasts on this set. One last feature the charger on this is on a better place no wire hanging down like the last pair.

Rubbish battery stopped working after a month.
Avoid, bough these just over a month ago and the battery now won’t charge. Not very comfortable either. There must be better ones on offer.

A Good nights sleep.
This mask has been the best of three that I have tested. It is a very good blackout mask. Having the controls at the front is far better than on the side. The fact that it does not make a loud announcement when shutting down is great. Volume control is good and sound is quite acceptable. It is a lot easier to charge than a lot of others with the unit being held with the charging point in view. It is comfortable to wear.

My Favourite Sleep Mask!
I have a LOT of sleep masks - a LOT! This one is my absolute favourite of them all!! It is like a duvet/pillow for your face - SO soft and comfortable and excellent blackout effect. The sound quality is great for a mask, although I would not say they would work for noise cancellation…which is fine for me, but just a heads up if that is what you are looking for.I listen to meditations at a normal volume and I can definitely still hear ambient noise. If you want to block out a party or a partner snoring, a mask-type option probably won’t work for you regardless.Like any sound mask, it can make your ear a bit sore if you have slept on your side in the same position for an extended period - there are speakers in it after all, but I still find this one the most comfortable of all the ones I have tried. It doesn’t affect my sleep quality or anything like that.Overall very happy, will probably order a second one to keep in my overnight bag! Highly recommend!

Missing piece leads to broken mask or never washing it
So I bought this a while back and didn't use it too often.I tried to disassemble the module from the mask and I read the instructions claiming that I needed a small wrench to disconnect the ear plugs from the main module. I was never given the wrench it claims. After spending about 20 minutes trying to twist the plugs out of the slot (The main reason for a wrench) they never budged. So I tried pulling it and it ended up snapping (Of course)While the mask was really hot and the music quality was decent. I'll purchase another one to attempt to get a small wrench and then hopefully it goes better than this time
