Great Mindful Emotions Pillowcase for Therapy
Love this pillow case. My therapist recommended getting a full-spectrum emotion chart to track my daily progress. I’m glad I found one in pillowcase form, so that I can carry it around with me through the day. The velvet material is soft and silky. I love using it to sleep or rest on during low times. The chart is impressive and looks fantastic on both sides. The fit of the pillowcase is also perfect. I had no problem sliding my own pillow on, plus it’s a zipper close that blends in. Perfect! Highly recommend if you’re needing something similar.

A Keeper! Great To Get Teens To Open Up!
I use this pillow as a tool when having family meetings or talking to my teens about hard things. It works great to get teens talking. They think it's cheesy - but it works. Sometimes I have them choose their top three emotions for the day just for fun and then ask them why. The material is a little bit thinner than expected, but it is really soft. The fit of the pillow cover was perfect for my pillow insert.

Ok, but slightly blurred/fuzzy
The cover is fine for what it is, but they could have used a higher resolution original image, as the image appears slightly blurred/fuzzy, that effect that can happen when you scale up a low resolution image's original screen size.
