KJV Kids Study Bible: King James Version, Two-Tone Flexisoft Green/Blue Paperback

I absolutely love this Study Bible. Yes, I do have my regular Bible (Christian Arts KJV Holy Bible, in case anyone is curious) that I read on a regular basis and theDramatized Audio Bible - King James Version, KJV: Complete Bible By: Zondervan that I bought via Audible that I also listen to daily - HIGHLY recommended by the way! Really brings the Holy Book to life.However, I wanted a study bible on the side. And while the adult ones are nice, they just felt FAR too cluttered with notes in the pages which distracted me from the original contents. And a lot of bibles don't even have Christ's words in red, which I feel is a must for EVERY KJV Bible and bibles in general. This Kids' version? Everything I want in a study bible and more. It's true to the Word of God and Jesus Christ our Savior, there's lots of pictures and notes that are NOT cluttered and squeezed in and distracting, the words of Christ are actually in red and so much more.Yes, this may be a "Kids" study bible, but it's perfect for all ages. And it's not the cover that counts, it's the content that rests inside. Jesus forever and God bless you all :)

I bought this for my daughter because she wants to learn more from the Bible. This is very well explained and easy to understand. I actually use it too since we both sit down and read it often. It is a very good purchase.

Am basically using it for myself . I will be purchasing 2 more for the kids. It makes studying the scripture fun and interesting.

I love this Bible!!! I am a professional reading tutor and I give this book to each of my students as our'textbook.' It doesn't matter what age: for emerging readers (kindergartners and first graders), who can not yet read, I assign a passage and they have to find and underline (in pencil) all the sight words I assign. The quality of the pages are such that it lends itself to erasing yet not crinkling or tearing. I will utilize this Good Book, too, with my older and adult students. Unless they're absolutely opposed, all of my students receive this as their 'textbook'. This is 'my gift' to them for the desire, effort, and diligence they're expending in learning to read!!! And what better reading is there? They get to know God and learn how to read at the same time...it's a win-win!!!

I bought this Bible for my 6 year old for school and it has left-aligned verse numbering! It was kind of hard to find something with the verses that all start in the same place, but it really does make it much easier for small children to read through and find verses quickly. I also appreciate that it has the introductions to each new book and some bright, colorful maps.

Great Bible for kids and adults!

The bible has a nice feel, the flexisoft is perfect for kids. One of the best features of the bible is the Hide It in Your Heart Memory Verses. Which can help you to memorize scripture. The text is in an easy to read blue font. The words of Jesus are in red. The bible has nice pictures and useful biblical info scattered throughout the bible. The back of the bible has a dictionary which is a blessing for the children to learn more about certain biblical words. The passion section shows the last scences of Jesus life as its found in Matthew, Mark, Luke and John. Young and old will enjoy this bible. I highly recommend it, KJV all the way!

It has helped improved my son’s knowledge of God as a Christian. And improved his reading skills.

My daughter is learning to read and wanted to read the bible. She loves this bible, easy reading for a child, and colorful, with pictures.

I wish they'd make Bibles like they once did. Cheap, thin pages that will most likely tear easily if the page is turned funny. I'd most likely find a vintage kids Bible next time and pay the little extra.

Great KJV, not cut down or altered text in any way. Lovely additions of pictures and 'hide it in your heart' pieces of scripture for children to remember, an excellent Bible for a child to start with in the faithful and trusted language of the KJV.
