2 Pack Set - High Heat Spatula - 14" Spoon Shape

I was looking for a spatula that was comparable to my pampered chef spatula(my favorite but very pricy for a spatula) This one would be it if the handle was solid. It's not a deal breaker and I'm ordering more, but it would be the only one as good as pampered chef if the handle was solid.

It is large and it does work well for large batches of sauce, cookie dough etc. We wanted something that was long enough not to get a hand full of sauce when stirring. This was just the thing we needed!

I was thrilled when I saw these thinking they might be Vollrath Ionlt to get home and find out they’re clipper brand and made in China wonk wonk ! total disappointment. I only cook with Products made in USA or Europe only! I know I know it’s becoming increasingly difficult to find these things but you can if you do your homework and a lot of it can be bought here on Amazon.On the plus side they do have a very flexible head and seem very well-designed so only time will tell..let’s see.

I cook often and I use these for stir frying and sauteing. I used to replace my nylon spoons often because the ends melt in a few uses. Wooden spoons also turn black on the tips. These spatulas have been used a few times and have gone through the dishwasher and not a blemish on them. I even used them to stir pasta sauce and scrape the sides and bottom of the pot. I thought I stained them but after washing, pasta sauce stain was not insight. I am very happy with this product. I paid full price for this product

I was looking for a silicone spatula that would seamlessly move from mixing bowl to skillet, and these work well. The size of the scoop is sufficient to pull up items from the bottom of a bowl, and to move a dibble of batter here and there as needed. Price is very reasonable, too.The only negative I can think of is that food can collect too easily at the point where the handle meets the scoop. I've run them through the dishwasher multiple times, and a few times they didn't come completely clean.Generally, however, I'd recommend and buy them again.
