This ball valve leaks!
After the installation the valve leaks. I had to disassemble and replace most of the assembly using another locally purchased valve. I returned this defective.I received a number of emails from the company, one of which was condescending. They implied that I didn't use the right thread type and went into great detail about the different threads. I am aware of the different threads! Besides, it was not the connection that was leaking it was the ball valve! To their credit the company seem to be concerned about my satisfaction and offered another valve free of charge. But would anyone disassemble a working application to reassemble with another suspect ball valve? I think not! Btw, the ball valve I bought locally cost less than half the price and worked perfectly.Valve has a nice stainless steel finish. It's unfortunate that it leaks badly and cannot turn off.Delivery did not arrive as specified...it was a few days delayed which pushed back completion of the project.

A beautiful little valve
A beautiful little valve. I bought it to use as a water heater drain valve for my RV's Atwood water heater. Space is tight at the location where this valve had to be installed, but with a little wrangling I got it installed (I had to temporarily remove the blue handle to get clearance while threading it in to the Atwood's 1/2" drain fitting). Now when I need to drain the water heater tank when winterizing the motorhome, all I have to do is give this valve a quarter turnlThis expensive little valve is all stainless, and is considerable overkill for use as a drain valve for an RV water heater. However, it is difficult to find a more compact valve than this one, and space is tight.

I had 4 all busted and almost had to use my insurance to cover someones wood flooring.
I got 4 of these and they all busted over a short time. One of them slowly leaked on a living room floor and I almost had to use my insurance. They make more durable ones with yellow thicker plastic on/off valve instead of metal on/off valve. The plastic yellow ones last years! The blue metal on/off valve seems to break apart faster because it's thin metal. These things get so much use you need the durable thick plastic shut off valves. You also have less chances of scratching some ones wood floors with the yellow plastic ones.

As described, works great
I bought this to replace the drain plug on my RV water heater. Works fantastic and serves its purpose to be able to easily open and shut a valve versus spending 5 minutes in a cramped space screwing in or out the drain plug.

Great for brewing inline/other . Dont use for ports
I use this in my recirculation system for all grain brewing.I have a 26 gallon mash tun, with a pump doing my recirculation at the end of the 1 hour mash.I have everything 1/2 and i couldnt get the spray to keep the same flow with the regular ball valves.I ended up putting this right above the mash that sprays the water over the mash and was able to get a better flow and consistent flow and didnt have to constantly turn on/off my pump. Looks freaking awesome by the way.

Small & easy t use
I install these on 5/8 heater hoses to stop water flow through heater core. I do a lot of work on older cars. After bleeding system I turn lever & heater core will pass no water. Interior of car could be as much as 10 to 15 degrees cooler. I use on older corvette most of time. Perfect size for job

Perfect for brewing
I have recently switched to custom stainless steel fermenters for brewing my beer. I was dissatisfied with what was available, so modified those designs to fit my needs. One of the things I wanted a valve that snugged up close to the fermenter, and didn't take up a lot of room. (Everything available had valves that stuck out to Hawaii.) These do the trick. Perfect size, easy to use, very heavy duty (way beyond anything I will throw at them.) Easy to clean and sanitize. I would love to use them on my boil kettles and hot liquor tank, but the lever is plastic and I don't think it will hold up to the heat. If you are distilling, fermenting wine or beer, or doing anything else that requires a great stainless steel valve, this is your huckleberry. At the price this it is an outstanding value. They ever make it with a metal lever, I'll be buying a bunch more.

Fast delivery, as described
As described. Only issue it can really have is bad threads or a bad ball that leaks. Both seem clean and working well under minimal pressure. Time will tell under cold temps and varying pressure ranges
